Fees & Schedule

All participants are required to register online where a valid e-mail address will be required. Upon clicking to register you will be redirected to the Excellence in CME portal where a two-step process will complete your registration:
1. Creating a user profile and activation via a link sent to your email
2. Registering for the education event of your interest after activation

Registration should be completed by 14th May 2015. After this date, the online registration system will no longer be available and registration will possible onsite only.

Online Registration is now closed. Delegates will be able to register onsite at the congress venue.

Payment

Payment should preferably be made online through our online registration module. Following mode of payment is accepted (Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA, American Express and PayPal). Kindly note a 3.4% rate is applied for all online payments.

Payments can also be done by direct bank transfer.

Please note that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard registration), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

On-Site Registration

On-site registration will begin on Friday the 22nd of May, 2015, at 08:00. Attendees will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME hours, program, congress bag and other information upon finalizing registration.

Group Registration

Non-sponsoring Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the congress may do so by using the special groupregistration fee. A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons as such:
Doctors (Early Birds) - AED 9000
Doctors (Standard Fee) - AED 11000
Paramedical (Early Birds) - AED 7200
Paramedical (Standard Fee) - AED 9000

Receipt On Participation

Upon completion of registration and confirmation on payment you will receive an email confirming your registration. The confirmation will contain a registration number that will be used during registration.


Attendees' Policy

Attendance at the educational event is open to stated pass categories mentioned above. Delegates have the option to register for a full registration or a daily registration in which the choice of day intended for attendance can be selected during the registration process.

Spouses or guests of attendee's are not allowed to attend scientific sessions and are further not permitted to attend the coffee breaks and lunches unless a separate pass is purchased on their behalf.

Pharmaceutical representatives whose companies are represented in the function hall cannot officially register for a session but can attend if space is available. Product materials cannot be displayed in meeting rooms, and distribution of product information during meetings is strictly prohibited.

Cancellations/Refunds/No Shows

One month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided AED 150 less of indicated registration fees. For international accounts an additional charge on AED 100 will be deducted for wire transfer charges.

Cancellation received one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded, as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

DiaEdu reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the education event, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
